I am so glad you have chosen to expand your knowledge on arts advocacy and policy! Policy is a huge topic, there are many different ways to approach it and no way is the right way. I encourage you to explore other resources to help you out on this journey of understanding. I have provided a list of credible sources below, but please reach out if you find any I should add!

Americans for
the Arts

Americans for the Arts is a great organization that focuses on relaying the importance and positive impact the arts has on our communities. They have a variety of different resources on their website to address all interests. Click on their logo to the left to visit their website. 

NAMTA

The International Art Materials Trade Association is an organization that focuses on the business side of the arts to ensure the existence of the industry. They have a lot of resources on art advocacy. Take a look by clicking the picture to the right. 

National Association for Music Education

NAfME is a great organization to focuses on arts advocacy specifically in public schools and an emphasis on music education. They provide a wide variety of resources and events to educate and support music education. Click on their logo to the left to visit their website.
